The museum takes the visitor on a journey through the history of marzipan: Twelve life-sized marzipan figures and changing marzipan artwork explain the historical journey of the almond paste from the Orient to the city of Lübeck. A movie offers an exclusive insight into the Niederegger factory where traditional handwork is used to make marzipan delicacies.
