By car: Get off at Lübeck Zentrum. Follow the signs Zentrum about 1,5 miles. At the roundabout turn LEFT. After 400 yard you will find the Baltic Hotel at your left.

Our cancellation policy for individual bookings: In cases of no-shows or in cases of late cancellation, we will charge 100% for the first night of the room rate. However, we will make every effort to re-let the unused rooms if possible, so that you will not incur the cancellation costs. A free cancellation is possible up to 2 days before arrival.

The cancellation policy for small groups of 2 to 4 rooms: Free cancellation up to 1 week before arrival Cancellation between the 7th and the 3rd day before arrival (16.00) 20% of the total price. Cancellation between 3. And the last day before arrival (16.00) 50% of the total price. Cancellation the day before arrival (16:000) 80% of the total price. In case of no-show without cancellation or cancellation, we charge the first night at 100%. For a single room, free cancellation is possible 2 days before arrival until 16.00 local time of the hotel.

The cancellation policy for groups of 4 rooms or more: Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival Cancellation between the 42nd day and 28th day before arrival 10% of the total price. Cancellation between the 28th and 14th day before arrival 30% of the total price. Cancellation between the 14th day and 2 days before arrival 80% of the total price. In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or in case of no-show, we charge 100% of the total price.For a single room, free cancellation is possible 2 days before arrival until 4pm local time of the hotel.
