Arrival is possible every day - a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Additional information

Inclusive in the price: heating, electricity, water, bedlinen, WLAN, four bikes.
Mandatory final cleaning: € 85.00
Set of towel/shower towel: € 6.00
Non-smoking holiday apartment.

Deposit: 50% until 14 days after booking as well as the residual amount until 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation until the 60th day before the arrival: 50% of the total rent, after that and in case of no-show: 90% of the total rent.
