Travel arrangements

Arrival from 2.30 pm / departure by 11 am

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Additional information

Linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the final price. You can book a parking space for € 10/night. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

There's an outdoor parking space for bikes with racks next to the entrance of the residence.

You can find wellness offers like swimming pool, sauna, cosmetic, hairdresser or restaurants and coffee shops at extra costs in the building.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach is cleaned mechanically and thus there might be a disturbance caused by noise every morning. There may also be seaweed, which can create a very strong odor. We do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
We would also like to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals could be taking place, which means it can be noisy at this time, particulars along the sea promenade. This is especially true during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please inform yourself of the exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day. 15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day.

Easy cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the rental price.
