For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Bed linen, towels (€ 18,- per person), final cleaning (€ 80,-) and underground parking place are included in the final price of the offer/reservation. Underground parking space: you can use all approved areas on the entrance and exit level, as well as on the upper floor of the underground car park. The basement is not accessible.

Underground Car Park: Please be aware of the height of the underground parking garage (1,85m)
Plastic parking cards:
Please put the plastic card in the lower box for plastic cards only to open the barrier system.
With this card, you can use any available parking spaces in the entrance- and exit levels (ground floor) and the upper level. You will not be able to access the lower parking level.
Please always put the plastic parking card in the lower box, even if the entrance/exit barrier is open. Otherwise, the parking card will be coded wrongly and you will have problems to get in/out with your car the next time.
There is a lift from the underground parking garage to the reception of the Maritim Residenz.
Excluded:
Indoor swimming pool and sauna can be used for a fee of € 10.00 (only swimming pool) and € 25.00 with use of the sauna. Use is dependant on the occupancy of the hotel. Breakfast is possible at the hotel, please contact the reception or restaurant for more information.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach is cleaned mechanically and thus there might be a disturbance caused by noise every morning. There may also be seaweed, which can create a very strong odor. We do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

We would also like to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals could be taking place, which means it can be noisy at this time, particulars along the sea promenade. This is especially true during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please inform yourself of the exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day. 15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day.
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
