This large holiday apartment of 100 square meters offers its own beautiful, large and sunny terrace as well as a very well equipped kitchen. Cable and satellite TV, a hi-fi system and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. The apartment is modernly furnished and has two bedrooms for two persons each.

A baby chair and a cot can be provided upon request.

The bed linen and towels are included once in the total price.

Nearby good shopping opportunities can be found. The apartment is located within walking distance to the beach.

Entrance to the accommodation is not step-free, no elevator, possible to stop in front of the accommodation by car, washbasin is not wheelchair accessible, no shower chair, no grab rails in the bathroom.

Please arrange the handover of the keys by phone or e-mail in good time before your arrival directly with your host.

Additional information

An additional fee of € 8,- per night will be charged for bringing a pet with you. Please let us know this when requesting your booking.

W-LAN use: Free of charge, included in the total price

Final cleaning: € 50,-

Parking is possible on the street in front of the house.

Cancellation policy:

  • A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged for a cancellation up to 12 days prior to your booked arrival.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged for a cancellation up to 8 days prior to your booked arrival.
  • A cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged for a cancellation up to 4 days prior to your booked arrival.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1.60 per person/day. 15.05.-14.09. € 3.- per person/day.
