For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). You will find the opening times on our website of the Tourist-Information Travemünde (visit-travemuende.com).

Outside of our opening hours, the keys will be waiting for you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please email us in cases of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Bed linen, towels, WIFI (access code you will find in the information folder in the apartment), garden furnitures are inclusive. The final cleaning (€ 50.00) is already included in the total of the offer/ booking. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parking is possible in the Schwedenstraße. Bicycles can be stored at the property.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
