    Final cleaning € 80,- and laundry package € 15,- per Person ( 1x bed linen, 1x shower towel, 1x face towel)

    Not Included: Dogs*, charging-station

    *Please let us know at the time of booking if you are travelling with a dog. An additional fee of EUR 30,- will be charged.


    Children high chair are available on request.

    Visitor's tax:
    The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

    You will receive a separate booking confirmation with the invoice directly from the owner. The deposit is 20% of the travel price and is due upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining payment has to be made 14 days before arrival.

    A free cancellation is possible until 14 days before your day of arrival. After that, a fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.
