Smoking is not allowed in the beach chair “sleeping on the beach". Public parking places with fee are at Parkplatz Leuchtenfeld and Backbord, which are close to the beach. You can use the amenities of the wellness area of the aja resort ( shower/ WC and the hairdryer area) from 8 bis 9 a.m for free and for max. 30 minutes (no towels are provided here). Nearby are situated the WC facilities, the key will be given by Mrs Seipel upon check-in.
Breakfast is €22 per person. You can choose from four different options: Nordic, Turkish, vegetarian, and vegan. A Moonlight Snack Basket is €25 for two people. The Moonlight Snack includes a bottle of wine or a small glass of Prosecco, cheese cubes, and salami sticks. Non-alcoholic beverages can be provided upon request. Breakfast and the Moonlight Snack Basket can also be booked on-site.
Visitor's tax: The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and needs to be paid separately. 01.01.-14.05. and 15.09.-31.12. € 1.60 per person/day. 15.05.-14.09. € 3.- per person/day. Please note that you do not have to pay the beach fee on top of the visitor's tax.
We must point out that during the summer months impairments due to mechanical cleaning of the beach may appear. Furthermore, due to the alluvial deposit of sea weed unpleasant odours in this area may occur. A reduction in price or compensation towards the lessor and intermediary are ruled out for this reason.
Cancellation: A cancellation or rebooking is possible until up to three working days before arrival and until 6 p.m. the latest. There is a cancellation fee of € 30.00 per beach chair and a rebooking fee of € 10.00. In the case of a cancellation after 6 p.m. there will be charge of 90% of the accommodation price.
