The apartment is located close to the central train station (800 m / a ten minutes walk approximately). The town centre is within about 15 min walking distance. 

The bistro "Andronaco", a supermarket and a bus stop are close by.

Additional information

The room rate for two persons is € 70.00 per night.
Additional cost of € 40.00 for the final cleaning. Water and electricity are included in the booking price. Bed linen and towels € 12.50 per person.

The vacation rental is a non-smoking appartment. Before departure please dispose of your waste, remove the sheets and sweap the apartment. The guest is liable for damages caused.

Cancellation:
By non-utilisation of contractual agreements for the booked and confirmed time period, the guest is committed to pay the price stated below to the landlord:
- by cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival 30% of the agreed rental charge.
- by cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the agreed rental charge.
- by cancellation 5 days before arrival 80% of the agreed rental charge.
