Linen, towels are inclusive. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning of € 40 is already included in the offer/booking, by staying 7 days and more final cleaning will not be charged. From 2026, the final cleaning fee of € 45 will be waived for bookings of 7 nights or more.
The flat does not have a parking space. Public parking spaces are available nearby. (Daily ticket approx. €12) The Maritim Hotel offers day tickets for approx. €20 in the underground car park (booking only possible via the hotel reception).
A parking space for ONE bike is also available in the Maritim bike room.
Please note that that during the summertime the beach will be cleaned up mechanically early mornings and there might be disturbances by noise. Seaweed might get washed ashore and then stored on the beach, which might cause unpleasant odors. None of these nuisances give a right to lower the price or ask for compensation.
Please note furthermore that there will be events along the promenade and on the beach – especially on weekends – and that it might get louder around those times. We also would like to point out that the Travemünder Woche, the second biggest world sail event, always takes place at the end of July. Please ask about the exact dates if you don’t want to book around that time.
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
