In Schneckenhaus Lübeck in the Tourist Information Office on Holstentorplatz, the focus is on one product, yeast pastries in the shape of a snail, in 11 different varieties (incl. 2 vegan options). Snails left over are transformed into so-called pyres with the result that there is no waste. The buns are freshly made every day and 90% of the ingredients are produced fairly/organically/regionally. The Schneckenhaus also collaborates with Refill, Recup and Rebowl.
