In 2023, the Marli Boathouse in Drägerpark was brought back to life. Exeo and Fangfrisch collaborated to preserve the historic boathouse located on the Wakenitz. In addition to offering raft trips on the 'Amazon of the North', they now serve delectable fish sandwiches, coffee, cakes, and drinks. The original location exudes a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy numerous sunsets with a glass of wine or the in-house Moinsener Pils from Fangfrisch. Live music and barbecues are often held here on weekends. Exeo offers group and team-building events, and Fangfrisch offers snacks and drinks.
With the support of local foundations and the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, the first barrier-free canoeing facility of its kind in Germany is being built. The opening is planned for early summer. This innovative construction will give people with physical disabilities easy access to water sports - a real highlight! It consists of a floating steel platform with a mobile, wheelchair-accessible ramp that provides safe access to canoes and other watercraft. The operators, Exeo, also offer guided tours and hire of Hanseatic rafts, canoes and SUPs.

The boathouse is barrier-free. There is also a barrier-free canoe jetty, which is unique in Germany. The jetty also provides barrier-free access to water sports for people with physical disabilities.
