In 2023, the Marli Boathouse in Drägerpark was brought back to life. Exeo and Fangfrisch collaborated to preserve the historic boathouse located on the Wakenitz. In addition to offering raft trips on the 'Amazon of the North', they now serve delectable fish sandwiches, coffee, cakes, and drinks. The original location exudes a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy numerous sunsets with a glass of wine or the in-house Moinsener Pils from Fangfrisch. Live music and barbecues are often held here on weekends. Exeo offers group and team-building events, and Fangfrisch offers snacks and drinks.

The Bootshaus Marli is barrier-free. There is also a barrier-free canoe jetty, which is unique in Germany. The jetty also provides barrier-free access to water sports for people with physical disabilities.
