Café Camino in the Old Pastors’ Houses offers multicultural cuisine in a special historical ambience

Café Camino is located in one of the pastors' houses for pilgrims right next to St Jakobi's Seafarers' Church. In the Middle Ages, the houses were home to Lübeck's first secular Latin school. In this historic setting with its murals, Camino offers excellent food, locally roasted coffee and cakes. Camino aims to promote the coexistence of different religions, cultures and values. The breakfast menu is therefore modelled on the Camino pilgrimage route from north to south. The food on offer is a mixture of German, Arabic, Spanish and French cuisine. Syrian or German cake specialities can be enjoyed. For those with a hearty appetite, there are falafel, tortillas, potato salad, beans in tomato sauce, stuffed pastries, small bites with French Brie and much more.
