V27 is the new Home of Wheat on Fleischhauerstraße.

The owners have their roots in Gizantep, which is known for its original Turkish cuisine. Based on this, but with a modern interpretation, the bistro serves dishes - vegetarian and vegan - based around bulgur and couscous. Delicious!
