Border Documentation Site Lübeck-Schlutup

Lübeck

From great sorrow to great joy.

The Association has set itself the task of not allowing the dramatic events in the dark days of German history and their historical connections to be forgotten. Along with the divided city of Berlin, Lübeck was the only West German city directly on the inner-German border. Today, an extensive collection of uniforms, reports, photo documentations and much more besides, housed in a former customs post, reminds visitors of the history of the border between East and West.
Take a 3-D-tour here.
